Insolpo: The Coach-Mentor Joint Venture
A Joint Venture consisting of three coach/mentor/soft skills institutions was formed in October 2008 with a view to render services to, amongst others, the South African Public Sector.

INSAfrica was established in 2002 by its CEO, Anne Renew. Later on Anne was joined by Larry Erasmus, who performs the functions of Chief Operations Officer. The Institute works in association with a selected team of 40 Meta-, Fulcrum- and Integral Coaches across South Africa and has representation in all the major cities of South Africa. The Institute also works in association with a team of 30 Identity Compass Consultants.
The Institute is responsible for the training of hundreds of Meta- and Fulcrum coaches, and is also the sole license holder and trainer in Africa, of the Identity Compass Profiling instrument.
Besides training, the Institute is involved in large and small scale coaching and mentoring projects, in-house “leader-as-coach” trainings, Motivation Architecturing interventions (talent retention), as well as projects involving the improvement of performance management systems.
In terms of BEE, the Institute is a certified level 4 contributor with a total score of 65%.
The Institute is a member of Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA) and the International Meta Coach Foundation (MCF).
As it’s name indicates, the Institute has a driving passion for the development and retention of leadership talent, not only in South-Africa, but in Africa as a whole.

Olpossible Consulting offers interventions programmes such as life coaching, executive coaching, team coaching, team debriefing & facilitation, trauma debriefing and training. The company also consults in communications and arts management. The company’s services are offered through a complement of associate consultants, facilitators and coaches. The Company’s Managing Director, Muzi Gama has extensive experience in lecturing, training, advising and coaching gained in the academic, performing arts and corporate arena. He holds a coaching license as an Associate Certified Meta Coach (ACMC). Muzi’s academic credentials include a BA Hons in Drama (UCT), B Paed (UZ), Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management as well as Certificate in Debriefing and Trauma Counseling (UNISA).

They have been involved in leadership and business development projects, youth mentoring, family and spiritual coaching as well as the facilitation of training in assertiveness, service delivery, conflict handling, interpersonal skills, diversity management, interpersonal skills, development of self-image, stress handling and presentation skills.
Fanie is a former Chief Director of the South African Public Service and Liezel Cuyler has extensive experience in inter alia business management, training facilitation and training management.
Fanie is a registered Consultant for Identity Compass, a versatile and powerful tool to be used for, amongst others, Coaching, Talent Retention and Team Building.
